I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Chipotle (Chillicothe, OH) in May 2015
Interview
it was a group/open interview which i was not aware of or prepared for. there were 5 other people interviewing for the same position and only one interviewer. she was very scattered and it was a difficult environment to be interviewed in. overall though it was a pretty basic interview. the usual questions "why do you want to work here?" and "where do/did you work before/why did you leave?" type thing. I applied online and was told i had an interview at a certain time and i showed up and was told it was open interviews so that wasn't really what i was expecting and i wasn't prepared to be interviewed like that. i wish they would've told me ahead of time.
Easy, straight forward questions. Started as a group interview and ended up being offered the job along with 2 other people. It was very casual and no pressure. Interviewer was friendly.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Explain a time when you handled an upset customer?
Asked questions about what positions work best for you, why you want to work there, what makes you a good fit there, where you see yourself in 5 years. Very simple and open to answer any questions I had
I applied online. I interviewed at Chipotle (Los Angeles, CA) in May 2026
Interview
Very brief, was only asked a few questions. I felt a decision about not hiring me was made before the interviewer even sat down. I suspect the interviewer was not accustomed to interviewing and may actually only standing in for a manager that was not working that day
