Fairly easy, I got called to an open interview but I was unaware of this. The GM asked everyone questions and we each answered individually. The process was easy you need to show ur excited, why u want to work there, what customer service and food handling means to u, etc.

Very brief, was only asked a few questions. I felt a decision about not hiring me was made before the interviewer even sat down. I suspect the interviewer was not accustomed to interviewing and may actually only standing in for a manager that was not working that day
