I applied online. I interviewed at Chipotle (Orlando, FL)
Interview
in person, then they had me come back a second time to meet the crew over breakfast (at Chipotle) to see if the team liked me. this was back in the day when they did that. Now they are so short staffed they will just hire you on the spot

Question 1
What do you do for fun? Do you have any experience? What do you normally get when you come here (bowl)? What position are you interested in? What my availability is and when I can start. What do I do in my spare time.
Easy, straight forward questions. Started as a group interview and ended up being offered the job along with 2 other people. It was very casual and no pressure. Interviewer was friendly.

I applied online. I interviewed at Chipotle (Los Angeles, CA) in May 2026
Interview
Very brief, was only asked a few questions. I felt a decision about not hiring me was made before the interviewer even sat down. I suspect the interviewer was not accustomed to interviewing and may actually only standing in for a manager that was not working that day
