Called in to meet with the manager in person. Minimal talking about the job, Just more personal related questions and hobbies. Very laid back and casual. Some talk about company culture.
Called into office to discuss my resume and career background and talked about skillset and how I could contribute to the team with that skill set. I thought it was a nice interview and we got to know each other.

Describe why you would be a good fit for this role?
Came in person, it only took a few minutes. Took a little while to hear back, the interviewer was nice and straight to the point. Very simple and straightforward process.

You get screened by AI first, then they give u time slots for availability. You pick from one and then they'll email you if they decide to interview you or not. It feels a bit impersonal, and I didn't mind it too much but it felt super detatched.
