Long four hour or longer interview with a computer based skills test. There are four interviews. One with center supervisor, one with HR manager, one with future manager, one with another manager.

Q: Explain a time when you had to make a decision based on morals at work
The interview was casual and mostly a test of your customer service skills. it was pretty easy as long as you remain confident and also likeable. Just remember customer service skills and you will be fine
It was very easy and straight forward. Very typical interview questions about handling conflict with others. Interviewer was laid back and answered all of the questions I had about working with the company and working in customer service.

Met with several manages that gave pretty basic questions. Managers seem scared to interview. They go over job description. Very basic intelligent questions asked . Not to much to say to give 30 words. Very basic interview. They hire working with temp agency primarily.
