Interview
Both interviewers appeared inexperienced with real-world production systems and seemed to rely heavily on ChatGPT-generated questions. One repeatedly boasted about working on GenAI products while dismissing my correct explanation of prompt design. The other asked impractical FastAPI questions, making the interview feel unprofessional and disorganized. I wouldn’t want to work under such unqualified leadership.

I had two rounds of interview. First, we discuss the overall process of the interview with the technical acquisition member. In the second stage, I had an interview with one of engineers, discussing my background.
