A first round interview with the hiring manager was scheduled in my calendar. Following that, there were 3 more interview rounds (team member, VP of HR, another VP). The interviews themselves were pleasant and mostly focused on my previous work experience and what made me a good fit for the role. My only feedback is that I felt the recruiter could have done a better job of communicating throughout the process. I didn't feel that she did her job as a recruiter. She scheduled the interviews into my calendar but never actually called me at any point to discuss anything or to let me know that another interview is being scheduled. She also didn't bother to send me a personal note to let me know that they have went with another candidate after 4 interview rounds but rather just sent me a generic rejection through Workday which probably went to everyone who had applied for the position. When I asked her to get back to me with feedback on the interviews, my request was ignored.
