The interview includes few stages and honestly only the first one (phone call that lasted 40 min) was pleasant and informative. Unfortunately the second stage was quite stressful and a bit humiliating (that was my impression). Conversation took place in a very small meeting room which was too cold. The IT recruiter either was trying to make a "stressfull- like" situation to see how I behave or really did not care about my candidacy. That position had too many requirements for the lowest level of HR branch. Other minuses: you won't know the amount of salary till you get the offer. Basically you don't know for what you are striving and wasting time for.
