Interview
Went through a series of 5 interviews: A phone screening, an in-person, a regional recruiter phone call, a regional recruiter zoom, then with the regional manager. It was going really well and kept getting called back. Then, absolute silence. No reply to any email sent. Found out 3 months later while scrolling LinkedIn that they promoted internally. Very upsetting.

Question 1
How do you work in a leadership position on a team?
It was a fairly easy interview process. They asked questions about what I did in college as far as academics and internships. Nothing too difficult was covered. As long as you prepare, you will be fine.
Multiple Interviews and one in person. Nice people and good interview questions. Only negative was the follow up. I had to reach back out to see if I was still being considered or not.
They recruited me out of school. I had 8 rounds of interviews, and was promised the job in the second to last interview with the last being a formality. They rescheduled my final interview three times with three different people. Ultimately did not get the role.
