I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Cintas (Newmarket, ON) in Mar 2024
Interview
Multi-step interview process with HR > Local hiring manager > VP/Director. The Director was busy at the time and passed the interview off to a Director in the US, and made no effort to reschedule. Waste of everyone's time. They portray themselves as an old-school shirt & tie culture, but can't show up to agreed upon times.

Interview
Had to take a day off for an employee shadow day. Not a good use of time. A lot of physical labor, a lot of cold calls. A lot of rejection

Interview
I had an interview scheduled after a recruiter reached out to me. I scheduled the interview and let them know I was looking to relocate. The recruiter didn’t read that part I guess and when I got on the interview I let her know again, she said she doesn’t oversee that region so she will forward my info to that region. My interview was at 3pm, I assumed the other recruiter would email me to set up a time, he called around 4:30 but I was working so I couldn’t pick up. No voicemail, no email, just never heard back.

Interview
Was headhunted via LinkedIn, went very far into long interview process, then was rejected due to incomplete post-secondary, which they would have known before they headhunted me. Lack of organization and filtering through recruitment, however, fantastically structured company, lots of opportunity for hungry reps.
