I was contacted from Cintas HR for the BRM role. After a phone screening I went for the interview. At this point they changed the role to a lesser position which I would not have applied for. Didn’t ask me one question. Only spent 30 mins selling me on the company. Told me they would contact me in two days. They never did. After two follow ups I received s letter of regret for the original position. The process was very unprofessional and a waste of my time.
