I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Cintas (Madison, WI) in Sept 2015
Interview
Phone call with recruiter, face to face with hiring manager, face to face senior VP, face to face with president of division. Also had to sit down with the GM of another branch which required travel. Had to ride with a senior sales rep for 1/2 a day before an offer. They did pay for the half day.

Interview
I had an interview scheduled after a recruiter reached out to me. I scheduled the interview and let them know I was looking to relocate. The recruiter didn’t read that part I guess and when I got on the interview I let her know again, she said she doesn’t oversee that region so she will forward my info to that region. My interview was at 3pm, I assumed the other recruiter would email me to set up a time, he called around 4:30 but I was working so I couldn’t pick up. No voicemail, no email, just never heard back.

Interview
Was headhunted via LinkedIn, went very far into long interview process, then was rejected due to incomplete post-secondary, which they would have known before they headhunted me. Lack of organization and filtering through recruitment, however, fantastically structured company, lots of opportunity for hungry reps.
