Very thorough the interview process. The object of Cintas is to really screen potential employees and be able to make great judgments about the content and character of a person. Liked the overall energy and environment.

Describe a situation where you had an irate customer, how did you resolve that issue?
Too hard and long at the end is not worse it. 6 different managers ask u things, donttttttttttt don't don't don't don't Dont take the job . u need to work for money, not for free , u can make same money flipping burgers or pizza
Phone interview with HR first. Then video interview. Still in process so not done yet but Glassdoor is making me do this so I can do research and read others posts
