Interview
This was a first interview, by the Production Manager. This makes more sense than interviewing with HR first. The Production Manager has a better idea of his staffing needs than HR. He was very attentive and took notes when I answered questions. He also took me on a tour of the facility, which was very well run.

Question 1
There was a lot of emphasis on reliability. I have an idea this may be an issue with them in regards to past employees.
There was also an emphasis on safety. He asked for a specific example of when I witnessed an employee behaving in an unsafe manner. Be prepared for this.
