I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Cirrus Logic (Austin, TX) in Jan 2019
Interview
HR sent me a questionnaire about my background & expectations. A week after I was scheduled for a phone interview with the hiring manager. It was a behavioral interview & I got several questions going pretty deep into my previous projects. I did not receive a single call from HR person for a week or so after when I followed up & got an email about an onsite interview . I was asked to create a 30min presentation to the interview panel about a previous project I worked on . My onsite interview from 8:30 am to 3:15 pm was scheduled 2 weeks later. I just had a list of 9 people I'll be meeting with but no details or schedule for the interview. On the interview day the first interviewer didn't arrive until 8:45am. At around 8:45 am I was taken to the room where I got hour by hour schedule and then I had my project presentation for 30min wth the panel (in person and on skype) After that I had 1:1 interviews for 45min with each of the panel members until end of the day, lunch was paid but was with hiring manager so it was like another interview. one more interviewer was added at the end of the day so instead of 3:15 my last interview ended at 4:15 pm. With me being asked pretty similar questions by different people including executives each 45 min without any break. I did not get any response for a week after when I followed up with HR. On that I got simple auto generated email saying "sorry we are not proceeding in interview process".
After spending an entire stressful day with the team and wasting my 1 day of paid time off at my current employer, I was expecting at least a direct email with some feedback about the interview. It was sad that a company who is honored "best place to work" provides this kind of impression to the interview candidates

General questions about the experience and previous projects I worked on

Interview
Interview was unprofessional and disorganized. I was initially sent to the wrong building to start the interview, so I had to walk about five blocks to get to the correct building. Several of the interviewers did not have a copy of my resume. Interview rooms were not reserved so we had to wander about to find an empty one. One interviewer asked questions, but did not make eye contact, and stared out a window during the entirety of the interview. I received absolutely no feedback from staffing personnel after the interview after I followed up with both email and voicemail.

Question 1
Sorry we sent you to the wrong building to start the interview - did you have any problem walking to find the correct building?
Thanks for taking time to provide feedback on your interview experience. Although we strive to provide candidates with a streamlined, effective, and overall positive interview process regardless of the final outcome, sometimes mistakes do happen, which is clearly the case in this instance. We have since followed up directly with the candidate to apologize for their experience and will use this feedback to help tighten up our processes moving forward.
