I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Citadel (Houston, TX) in Sept 2017
Interview
I never applied for the position and instead was approached by a recruiter. The next week I went in for the interview. I had 4 interviews that day; three through Skype and one in person. I thought all the interviews went really well except for the in person, but other than that I felt confident. Never heard anything back from the recruiter. I even called her and she never responded to me which makes this company very shady. Please show some decency and let your interviewees know if they didn't get the position, even if it is through email. You're a professional company so please act like one.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Citadel (New York, NY) in Aug 2014
Interview
I went in for an interview, arranged by a recruiter beginning at 9 a.m. When I arrived, an assistant told me I would have four interviews that day, each 45 minutes long. And she was serious. What a waste of everyone's time -- each interviewer basically asked identical questions -- many of them things easily answered by reading the resume. Obviously they want to find the right candidate but seriously... save everyone the trouble and conference each interviewer into one 45 minute slot.
