Had 4 interview rounds with one Operations team then they wanted me to start interviewing with another team. Their teams didn’t go fully remote during the pandemic which I found irreresponsible and callous.

Applied through a headhunter, had one phone interview before superday in person. Everyone was very nice and passionate about their jobs. The group was very focused on finding the perfect fit which I respected.

Interview
First phone call with HR. Then 2 phone calls with various members of the team. Then invited on-site to Chicago office for "superday" round of interviews. Met with 5 separate team members, each interview lasting about one hour. Heard back about 2 weeks later saying I got the role.
