I was first interviewed over the phone by a branch manager from one of the financial centers near the city where I first applied. Once I passed the phone interview two interview were scheduled with 2 separate branch managers. Each looked for sales, money handling and customer service experience.
A later interview was conducted with both the Branch Manager and Operations/Assistant manager. At some point in time an interview is schedule with the Area Manager; the Manager's manager. This individual makes the final call. The AM's manager, the Area Director, has the power to hire or fire the candidate or employee if need be.
