Interview
The interview process seemed easy going, a bit intimidating. However, it felt like they were doing their jobs as going through the proper channels to ensure they hire the correct people. They do take long to get back to you, and I didn't go on to the third round of interviews. However, the recruiter doesn't reach out at all to tell you, they aren't moving toward. So you have to be the one taking the initative to do follow ups.
I had an initial phone Interview with HR recruiter to learn about the role. Super easy and learned about the process and timeline. The company seems like a great fit. The only downside is going into the office everyday.
Interview process started after career fair and was a teams call with a project manager and a vice president of operations. Interview was quick and was under 30 minutes. No follow ups were provided by Clark after interview and did not get an offer.
