I had a phone screen and a 1-1 phone call with the engineering manager and CEO. The process was confusing because they did not mention a technical screen or test until after I had 3 phone calls with them. After my third call, they first said they would reach out to me to do a 1-1 remote screen sharing interview but after I didn't hear from them for a week, they told me I wasn't contacted because I didn't do the technical screen, which no one told me about. The technical screen was an online test video captured (Karet) with 3 questions. One was a typical "find what's wrong with this method" question, the second was an algorithm based question, and the last was an open ended programming question to solve a particular problem. Using the Karet interface was a little difficult and I lost a lot of time copying and pasting back and forth between Karet and my editor.

Very fast paced. Interviewer was yawning multiple times. I often felt like I wasn't being heard by the other party. There were 3 people in the call which made me really nervous.
