Had a phone screening that was rescheduled out of blue without asking if the new time worked for me. Then I had to take a CCAT assessment which is basically impossible to answer each question in the allotted time (it was designed this way). Then on top of that, the private equity fund that bought them out also own the CCAT test and will sell you their study guides. So basically you have to pay $60+ to interview for them and all the money goes towards Classpass' PE group/parent company. And they also give you a personality test. It's ridiculous since this has nothing to do with the role and the test makes you memorize patterns and weird trends for no reason. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!
