I had a great candidate experience, it was quick and efficient. It took 2 weeks including the first talk with HR which was very supportive throughout the process, a cognitive test (which is not the easiest), a call with the sales manager who was super nice, great talk, a case study that was something like an email to a lead and my sales process, then lastly with the sales director which was incredibly great! We had a great conversation and the whole process reflected ClassPass culture. In the end, I didn't get the role which was not a clear reason but overall it was inspiring to meet these incredible women.
