I had an excellent pre-onboarding and onboarding experience. I got to attend the company's mission day and year end function before starting. And got to attend the Africa Investment conference in the first week that i joined. The team had attended a global conference in Vietnam the previous year and i hear that in 2025, the next global conference is in the planning for LatAm, Bogota.
