Transparant process and met the necessary people who could make the final decision. Interviews went efficiently in the morning and I received an offer after I completed a psychometric assessment that was planned in the same week.

Standard process, 2-3 rounds of interviews and 1 assessment round. Got to meet, the local and global team, the Head of HR and CEO as part of the selection process. I had an excellent pre-onboarding and onboarding experience. I got to attend the company's mission day and year end function before starting. And got to attend the Africa Investment conference in the first week that i joined. The team had attended a global conference in Vietnam the previous year and i hear that in 2025, the next global conference is in the planning for LatAm, Bogota.

Interview
Several rounds of interviews, largely technical around the PV industry with different team members. HR was a bit chaotic, feedback slow and despite progressing, HR went quiet for weeks. After following, they would say that I am still in the process but things are delayed. So it went for many weeks until no more replies.
