I went through the application screening. Then appeared for an interview and then did the work test. Never heard from them after. The interviewer herself was rambling towards the end. Since they give no feedback i will suggest to stay away.
3 rounds: HR screening + work task (which took 3 hours, quantitative in excel)
Senior manager interview, mostly behavioral / fit questions
Senior director - 30 minutes fit 30 minutes case

Interviewed for a consultant role. Was asked to talk about myself and to provide more details onto the past work I did. Was asked about what new thing can I bring to the organisation. Was also asked about my skills set in research
