4 stage interview. Initial HR interview to determine eligibility, followed by test of excel skills in which a case study is presented and results are expected to be summarized in excel format. A memo is also expected to be written and submitted based on the excel result. 3rd stage is a technical program interview. Final interview was with senior management

Applied online was called after a month for a Skype screening talk. After that I got a case study to do and heard from the office in about 2 weeks. Went for an interview with some of the team members and was called again after a month with an invite to meet the country rep.
