I should have applied through the disability confident scheme I was informed it was between me and someone else the other person had more points.
on the coop careers site it says that when they are choosing
they points score so someone with school qualifications would get the job above someone with no qualifications which was me
and no qualifications due to my medical condition if I had opted to use the disability confident scheme this would have been taken into consideration
totally my own doing for not ticking the box

they actually sent the questions you would asked at the interview which was good
ok process but overall challenging experience as I went through a series of interviews with diff members of the team, who often asked how I would react in a wide variety of situations
