Application process involves an online form, which includes a personality and work scenarios assessment. After that, it is an in-person interview at the location you applied for. There were 4-5 questions asked by the interviewer, which were emailed to you one day before the interview.

Q) Can you tell me about a time when you had to communicate important information to other people / to colleagues at work?
Q) Can you tell me about a time at work, or elsewhere, where you’ve involved others to discuss a challenge or an issue?
Q) Can you tell me about a time when you have taken ownership of a task/activity/project and made it a success?

Very impersonal. All done online and the logic between what constitutes a good or bad answer is totally unidentifiable. You would have better luck turning up in person and asking if you can hand in your CV and interview in person instead!

The interview process was very easy and straightforward. The interviewer was kind and made it feel more like a friendly, comfortable conversation than a formal interview. As well as one of the best interviews I've actually had.
