Interview
Applied online however I was in Thailand when an interview slot came up - contacted the manager who rearranged for the day I got back. Face to face interview which was basic competency questions. Found out I was successful in the interview 2 days later and had a trial 4 hour shift which consisted of a tour, helping with the chilled delivery and repeating some competency based questions --- all with the assistant manager. Found out later that day I had got the job so accepted.

Prior to the interview, they sent an email containing the questions so it was easier to prepare.
My interviewer was friendly as well so this calmed my nerves. He asked the questions and talked about my availability and what the role entails
