Short interview where he asked questions I'd previously been emailed so I knew the questions well. He didn't seem to like that I wasn't able to stop working at my previous job for 2 weeks after being hired by them. I didn't get the job.

Why would you like to become a Customer Team Member? Could you please tell me about yourself and what you've been doing over the past few years? Why would you like to work at the Coop? Have you worked at the Co-op before? What were your reasons for leaving? Can you describe a situation where you had to establish a professional relationship with someone else at work?

very chilled and laidback. The interviewer was the manager and he was very nice. The questions are already given in the interview email so as long as you prepare your answers you should be fine.
