I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Co-op (London, England) in Sept 2016
Interview
Called in for an interview in store. Brought up to store managers office. Relaxed, informal chat with store manager. General questions strengths, weaknesses etc. Clarification of past employment and any other skills.
Quick and eas application process. Did not get the job in the end however all staff were very friendly throughout. Would recommend. Hopefully something else will come up in the near future.

Straightforward but professional , not too challenging but a few cliched questions which seemed irrelevant at times. But didn’t feel intimidated or caught out , lots of ability to ask questions , but did feel impersonal at times
