Sent my application off. Heard from the co-op to come in for a group interview at another store. There were about 20 people in the interview and they supposedly ran all day. They made us get into groups and either A. Sing a song B reherse a play C do a rap D read a story all somehow relating to the co-op. Then we had to go around the store and list one thing we liked and one thing we thought needed improving. Then we went around the circle and said what our fav song was, fav food, fav movie and any 2 people you'd want to take to dinner dead or alive. It went for about an hour. The whole process was really awkward and everybody tried to out do each other. We were asked nothing about our work experience. I was then offered a role a week or 2 later.

It was a very informal interview, generally going through their interview workbook and filling in the information. Asked a variety of questions regarding my availability, scenario questions, ethics and knowledge of company.
