Easy going and supportive, was laid back and the questions were good, the staff are very nice as well, the questions were straight fowards and easy going. Relaxed interview overall

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Co-op (Odiham, England)
Interview
They asked me questions about my CV and experience at university. They were nice and fair. They the allowed me time for questions and I asked them questions about the job and what it’s like to work there.
Interviewer was really lovely, was interviewed in the office of the shop, had a set structure of questions and required some prior knowledge about the history of the co-op. There were a few questions that required you to assess a given situation from the interviewer and say how you would respond.

applied online then received an invite for a phone call interview. this was not a video call just a voice call, which I felt was quite informal but I guess its not a formal job.
