Interview
Applied online. They got back to me with in a week and arranged an interview. Got to the interview and was greeted by the store manager and another lady who was a wellness officer. Went through my cv and asked me some questions about it and then they went through a leaflet with co op specific questions in.

Interview
First a phone interview, then a face-to-face interview. overall, it took a total of 3 weeks. It was pretty straightforward and was really a chance for the manager to get to know you face-to-face, so remaining clam and personable is the best thing to do.
