TOTAL WASTE OF TIME.
They kept calling me until 3rd round. In the last round - culture fit - someone from director team joined 10-15mins late. Then he asked couple of questions and the round went well. Then I called HR for feedback she said she will give it in 2days. Later I followed her after a week she didn't respond. I emailed as well but not even single response whether selected or not. I kept waiting and till now there is no response. (It has been more than a month)
I just wonder why did she called me N number of times at first just for scheduling the rounds, when at all they had to disappear at the end!

Interview
I had the worst experience interviewing for Codvo.ai. The interviewer asked me construct a class with some methods in it. When I tried doing it he restricted me to see the console and asked me to close it. According to him seeing bugs gives you hint. When I told him that isn’t solving bugs and error a part development he got so pissed he called his colleagues from the back and they started asking questions from every direction. They started asking some deep questions. Like they made it a purpose to reject me. After a while even I gave up and told them I don’t any of these. Asked me to write a webpack script to split chunks in react applications, create a error boundary without taking any reference, asked questions on time complexity. Measuring api performance. I am not sure if these are the questions that you ask for a role suitable for individuals who have 2 years experience but I have given more than 20 interviews and not once faced this kind of humiliation. I am glad they rejected me. Because I don’t want to work in an environment where people have so much ego that they will go to any extent to humiliate a person.
