I first got a phone call by a very pushy hiring manager, who wanted me to immediately read the job description, even though I told him I was busy. He was not happy, but let me go. 20 minutes later he called again asking if I read it, I was still busy. After some back and forth emails they scheduled a video interview. This guy was nicer, but seemed like he didn't really care.
