initial contact through HR Recruiter on the phone- asked basic questions about resume, what i was looking for in a job, etc. interview- 2 partners & 1 manager: fairly straight forward, nothing out of the ordinary, took about 1.5 hours, partners asked very similar questions but in separate interviews. manager asked more technical questions, however it turns out that he was one of the more technical managers. asked a lot about what certifications you are looking to obtain (typical for an accounting/consulting firm) partners are easy to talk to and make you comfortable.

Great experience, very friendly and welcoming. I interviewed with about 5 different people and had great exposure. Each person who interviewed me asked similar questions and wanted to know more about why I want to work there.
