The interview process was great and straight to the point. The process began with a walk around in the outlet for about five minutes and then to the interview with the interviewer have a great leadership attitude.

Be prepared to have a conversation with the current General Manager about your background and have a second phone conversation with another General Manager from a different store. Typically, two phone interviews and one in-person interview to determine fit.
