Easy interview process. Phone screen with the Colgate recruiter, then a virtual interview with the Hiring Manager. Next step would be with the Director of Sales. All virtual interviews. Most lasted 30-45 minutes.

Interview
First round interview screening with Human Resources via phone call. General questions, along with opportunity to ask questions and gather additional information. Note the HR screening was more generalized information rather than role specific. Lasted about 30 minutes. Next interview was via web with Team Lead and Manager. Great dialogue opportunity rather than formal interview. Lasted about 1 hour.
