The in person interview was conversational, met with various members of the team one on one. Phone call with more senior level management asking about educational background. Tour of work site afterwards.
Interview is based on 5 STAR method question where you have to give an example of a situation or problem, how you approached it, and what is your solution to that problem

First there was a HR phone call screening. One interview by generalist HR person. Then three interviews, including the hiring manager and two other people from the team. Called back with another final follow up interview. Then they asked for references.
