Phone screen then on site interview. Typical two stage interview process. Staff conducting interview were not managers but were engineers helping to direct the program. Received word back within a week.

Interview process was not very defined as it was for a rotation program. Questions were more or less general technical, e.g. give us an example of a technical problem you have faced and how you solved it.
