First had a call with the group manager after I met him at the career fair. Then I applied online and let him knew. After a month of not hearing back, I emailed an updated resume and cover letter, and had a follow up interview with two other employees. All behavioral, mostly just talking about my resume.

Single interview with a departmental director that consisted of just talking about experiences on my resume and hearing about the director’s experience at the company. Very relaxed and not difficult.
Interview from a college career fair. In person interview that was one on one with someone from a similar team. Lasted around an hour, mostly behavioral with time for questions at the end
