I went through a phone screening and two interviews, each with different people. The first interview was very relaxed and getting to know my work ethic and personality. The second and third were more skill based questions and applicable.

I am assuming the person that interviewed me was new or something because the entire interview was quite off. He seemed like he wasn't really quite sure what he was doing and the questions he asked didn't really make sense. I hope it was just a learning curve or just a one off experience because it is not what I expected from Collins!
