I have had a number of conversations with Comcast regarding open positions. In many cases the position was more junior than my experience, so I offered referrals to others in my network. However, on position did seem a decent fit potentially, although I do find it difficult to understand Comcast's many titles and layers of managers, directors, and VPs. Anyway, I spoke with a Comcast staff recruiter, then a 3rd party recruiter, then another 3rd party recruiter - all over a period of time that was perhaps 2 months in total. Each person informed me filling the job was urgent - but I never really got that feeling based on the pace at which the interviews moved along. Discussions were very interesting and professional. But I was unclear, and it seemed the recruiters and/ or hiring manager was equally unclear what they really wanted, and when. Generally a frustrating experience for me.
