      Customer Service Supervisor Interview

      10 Mar 2016
      Anonymous employee
      Fort Myers, FL
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied in-person. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Comcast (Fort Myers, FL)

      Interview

I was a call center agent at the time and my interview was with one of the managers. I knew the manager of the call center so I was comfortable. The interview was in the office where I worked and I was asked several different questions. After this interview I was set up with another interview but this time with the director of the call center. This interview was a little easier than it was with the manager, because once you got by the manager it was all downhill from there. The director asked questions about my availability and if I was ready to become a supervisor.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

all behavioral type questions such as what would you do if you were presented with conflict, how would you solve it. I was also asked if I would be able to fire an employee that I once was a team member with.
