The hiring process for a part time position was unnecessary and lagging. I had one phone interview and two face to face interviews. The face to face interviews were held at the different locations with two staff members. The process took over 3 months. Not worth going through for low pay and too much sales quotas. Here's a time line of my hiring process: Feb. 4, 2014- Online Application submitted and assessment completed. Feb. 14,2014- Phone interview completed. April , 2014- First round of interview with two staff members. end of April 2014- Second round of interview with two staff members. Middle of May 2014- No offer- I would declined anyways for low pay and hours. I already started my new job within the whole hiring process at Comcast. Timeline of interview is unrealistic. Interviews were basic. Last sales question-" Sell me this calculator"- Overall, I wouldn't recommend going through the process unless you are sure you want to be put on sales driven atmosphere. They talked so much about it- made me stressed.
