I was referred by a recruiter. Interview with 3 different people at once. They stated they were no longer going by the original interview process and were only doing one 30 min interview bc of Covid and speedy hiring. Didn't hear anything for 5 weeks. Original lead reached back for me to interview with another department. I really enjoyed talking to him. Reached offer immediately after 30 min zoom ended.
