Hiring team was professional & courteous. Interview times were a bit rigid - if the conversation was running over the allotted time, we had to cut the meeting short so the interviewer could get to their next meeting. The interview process itself was long - it took a few weeks in between speaking with the Recruiter and actually being scheduled for an interview.

Coming from a smaller company, why would I be a better choice than someone with experience with larger organizations?
The interview process was very thorough. I met with some great leaders and received feedback while interviewing. I will be sure to interview with Comcast again. This is a great company. Love the benefits, love the workplace environment and happy to be working for the company.
Recruiter located in the Pittsburgh area was rude and not friendly at all. This is a testament to the quality of Customer Care you receive as a Customer

Interview
Applied through a referral and through LinkedIn. Got an email to schedule interview with an out of state recruiter. Second interview scheduled with the director after 3 weeks of follow up. Director spoke to me for about 30 minutes; no questions were asked. When I asked if he had any questions for me, he would schedule another interview with questions later. After 5 weeks of follow up, I never heard back.
