Initial phone call (11/XX/19), followed by online aptitude test (12/XX/19), followed by 1st in-person interview (12/XX/19), then 2nd, (01/XX/20), and finally the 3rd with head of department (02/XX/20). Then I waited till the middle of April to receive a rejection email.
