There was immediately an in-depth interview on all technical issues and it is clear that the task is to immediately dig you technically, less interested in what kind of person you are

Telephone screening, then in for group panel interview at client location for a couple hours.
The people seemed nice enough, but the questions were relentless at times. The work culture appeared to be tight with good camaraderie but a lot of distractions in the workplace. Less rigid than Comcast Corporate downtown, but more formal than most.
